Our Montessori-based playgroup is a class for parents/caregivers to attend with their child, usually once a week for 2 hours, in a beautiful and prepared environment.
We encourage adults to actively observe their child. We offer a supportive environment that promotes independence, self-confidence, and a love for learning. Focusing on the unique needs and abilities of each child and fostering a sense of empathy, social interaction, and practical life skills.

- What is a Montessori playgroup?
Our playgroup provides an environment carefully designed for children to discover the world in a natural way and have fun with their parents or caregivers.
- Why is a Montessori playgroup useful?
The Montessori method embraces the foundations of natural learning, through experimentation and play, to help children discover the world, learn appropriate behaviors, solve problems and adapt well to different environments.
- How does a playgroup work?
Our Playgroup is designed for children to attend with their parent or caregiver, whose main purpose is to form a community and meet with other families. We believe this helps children gain independence, build concentration and develop social skills, while adults are able to learn and strategize with other parents how to implement Montessori methods within their parenting. This is a group that meets weekly and registration is required.
